Everything you need to get started with OnKey
Welcome to OnKey — your confidential helper for work questions. This page walks you through getting started, using the app, and fixing common issues. If you still need help, contact your workplace manager or administrator (the person who gave you the OnKey code).
You’ll need the access code from your workplace (often on a printed QR code or sign). Setup takes under a minute.
Some questions need a real person. You can reach someone at your company — like your HR team or manager— without leaving OnKey.
Don’t see the +option, or no one to contact? Your workplace hasn’t turned this on yet — contact your manager or administrator directly.
Tap the gear icon to open Settings. There you can:
Turn notifications on to get important updates from your workplace, like new information or a message from your admin. You can switch them on or off anytime in Settings → Notifications.
If notifications still don’t arrive, also check that notifications are allowed for OnKey in your phone’s own Settings.
For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
I forgot my PIN, or I’m locked out.
After several wrong PIN tries, your account locks for security. Contact your workplace manager or administrator — they can reset your PIN and give you a new one.
I can’t sign in.
Double-check your access code and the spelling of your name. If your workplace uses SSN sign-in, your name must match how it appears in your company’s payroll, and you must be an active employee. Still stuck? Contact your manager or administrator.
It says my access was removed or my account isn’t active.
This usually means your workplace ended your access. Contact your manager or administratorif you think it’s a mistake.
I got a new phone.
Just sign in again with your access code, name, and PIN (or last-4 SSN). Your account moves to the new phone.
How do I change my language?
Go to Settings → Language, then pick English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
Notifications aren’t coming through.
Turn them on in Settings → Notifications, and make sure OnKey is allowed to send notifications in your phone’s Settings.
Is my boss reading my messages?
Not by default. Your employer normally sees only aggregated trends, not your individual chats. However, your employer can request individual conversations from us, and our team may review conversations to keep OnKey accurate and to help with quality and safety. We limit who can access this information and treat it as confidential. See our Privacy Policy for details.
OnKey gave me an answer that seems wrong.
AI can make mistakes. Please double-check anything important, and rely on your company’s official policies and HR for the final word. OnKey won’t give legal, medical, or financial advice.
I want to stop using OnKey or delete my account.
Ask your workplace manager or administrator to remove you. You can also reach our team at legal@easybot.chat for privacy requests.
Contact your workplace manager or administrator — the person or team who gave you your OnKey access code. They can help with sign-in, lockouts, and your account.
